• Audio-Video Electronics is the worst company, was the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life... The service manager - Kent (or Ken) is completely insane.... I called this company yesterday about the problem with my Samsung TV (they were listed on Samsung site as an authorized repair shop)... The young lady/receptionist advised me that a service tech would call me back. While waiting for for them to get back to me I made some calls to other local repair shops and was waiting for them to get back to me as well. One of these ...
